Where’s My Favorite Song?

I continue to get the question, “Why isn’t (insert song name here) on Endless Day?  It was my favorite song!”  So, I thought I’d take a moment to address this question generally.
Twilight Hour was my attempt to create an album with no real equipment, knowledge of recording, or experience. It sold fairly well for an independent release, but we got a record deal around September and had to make some hard decisions for the professional release.  We had time and money for 10 songs and TH had 13 songs on it. We had to step back and look at our most solid 10 songs to bring over to Endless Day.
I decided that I wanted to add a new song that no one had heard, so we had to whittle it down to the 9 most solid songs + one new song. Thorns, Third Wife, Twilight Hour, and Sun’s Lament could see the light of day on future albums, but I can’t promise you anything at this point. Endless Day = “The Real Deal”

I wanted to thank everyone who purchased our independent, original album, Twilight Hour.  Without all of your devotion and word-of-mouth support, none of this would be happening right now.

What is “this,” you ask?  Well, “this” is the stuff that dreams are made of.  With your help in one year’s time we’ve gone from one dude recording a low-budget CD in a closet to an actual band recording in a real studio under a record label with one of David Archuleta’s record producers.

I wanted to thank all of the fans.  You all rock!  If you liked our first Cd, you’re going to love Endless Day!  It represents everything I wanted to do with Twilight Hour, but couldn’t.  It truly is the “real deal.”  I’m talking national market, high-quality productions!
